1. The size of tin box
As we know, larger size requires more materials, so size will affect the price directly. Additionaly, the large size, the more diffcult in workmanship.
2.The thickness of tinplate
Sometimes, different workmanship and size need different tinplate material,0.23mm tinplate is the most common thickness, the bigger size one will use 0.25mm or 0.28mm tinplate. Tin bucket usually use 0.30mm even 0.35mm tinplate. Stretch tin box need thicker tinplate than common tin box…In a word, the thicker of the material, the higher of the price.
3.Printing
Printing is the one of main factor that affect the price, the more complex of printing, the higher of price. CMYK and PMS are common printing methods, customer can also combine these two printing method, the more types of PMS color, the higher of price. In addition, customer usually need some special surface treatment, such as Glossy varnish, Matte varnish,Spot glossy,Pearl varnish, crackle, Wrinkle, Rubbery,leather effect,etc, all of these effects will increase the price.
4. Accessory
Many high-end tin boxes will be equipped with accessories. The material and complexity of accessories will also affect the quotation. The most common accessories are PVC or pet on the window tin box, which are cheaper accessories. In addition, there are PET inner support, sponge inner support and EVA inner support of the food tin box, and the price will change according to the specification.
